Return/Exchange Policy

All bandanas are made to order, therefore we cannot accept returns/exchanges. If there is something wrong with the product or it was damaged during shipping, please send us an email with photos of the damage. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, please make sure to measure your pets neck for an accurate fit. Allow two finger spacing and account for extra fluff!



Each bandana may look slightly different/have different pattern placement due to being handmade and the direction the fabric is cut.

We love your pet, but our products are not pet proof. Make sure to monitor your pet at all times while wearing the bandana.


Order shows delivered but you haven't received it?

I count on USPS to deliver your package, therefore, once a package leaves me, it is out of my control. If USPS loses your package, please file a claim here.

I am not responsible for stolen or missing packages that the tracking show as "delivered."
